Thank you for shopping with Comfio. Below are the terms and conditions that apply to shipping and delivery of your order within Lebanon.
Domestic Shipping (Lebanon Only)
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
During high-volume periods (e.g., promotions or holidays), orders may experience a slight delay. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Note: We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with international addresses will be canceled and refunded.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. If applicable, a tracking number will be provided in the email once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Comfio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged or Lost Orders
Comfio is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@getcomfio.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Be sure to save all packaging and take photos to support your claim.
